Performance

The level of performance you get from our saw blades depends on edge geometry and type of coatings applied.

Tru-Cut Saw is equipped with the finest saw blade production machinery and PVD coating equipment available today. Our Swiss-manufactured coating chambers produce highly consistent, tool-specific coatings that can be individually tailored to customer specifications.

Our coating technologies have helped make Tru-Cut saw blades famous around the world for high productivity and durability. These same coating technologies can be applied to your cutting and forming tools—saving you time, money and headaches.

We've recently expanded our in-house PVD coating capabilities and established a separate division,
ICO Surface Coatings, to provide high quality coating services for tool manufacturers and suppliers.

We offer PVD coating and recoating services for all types new and used tools such as drills, taps, reamers, milling cutters, hobs, gears, punches as well as our own saw blades.

Both standard and special surface treatments are available. Standard PVD coatings are: CrN, TiN, TiCN, AlTiN-ML, AlTiN-XL, AlTiCrN and TiAlCN Phoenix™.

Our coating equipment handles part sizes up to 1,000 mm OD x 700mm.

We welcome high volume orders as well as small rush jobs. Normal turn around is 3-4 days. Local pick-up and delivery is available.
